K1, P1, K1, P1)* repeat for rest of round.
Round 7: (K2tog, P1, K1, P1)* repeat for rest of round.
Finishing
Before casting off, cut your yarn from your ball, leaving about ten inches
hanging off the top of your hat. Thread your yarn through your jumbo tapestry
needle. Stitch by stitch, slip your stitches of your left hand needle onto
the tapestry needle, until all you stitches are on your remaining length
of yarn. Pull tight like a drawstring, and tie your yarn off on the inside
of the hat securely. Weave in your ends.
